Evnticks
Privacy Policy
This page covers how Evnticks handles attendee information and the terms organizers agree to when submitting an event for approval.
Organizer Terms & Conditions
Before an event goes live, organizers must agree to the following terms. Checking the acceptance box when submitting an event for approval means you agree to them.
1. Get your details right
Double-check the title, date, time, venue, pricing, and description before submitting — this is what people will see and buy tickets based on. If something's off, we may send it back for edits, or take it down later if it's already live.
2. What happens after you submit
- Our team reviews every event within 24-48 hours of submission.
- Your event only goes public and starts selling tickets once it's approved.
- We reserve the right to decline an event that goes against our platform policies, even without a detailed explanation.
3. What we won't allow
No illegal activity, hate speech, misleading offers, or copyrighted material used without permission. Keep it real and keep it legal.
4. Money matters
- A platform commission applies to every ticket sold online through Evnticks, deducted automatically from your payout.
- Additional paid services like sending digital tickets, QR code generation, or similar are priced either through a separate arrangement agreed between you and the Evnticks team, or as shown in your wallet, and those charges will apply.
- Refunds and cancellations follow the policy you set, which is shown to attendees on your event page.
- Payouts only go to verified bank or UPI details.
- Wallet balance in your organizer panel is non-refundable, but it stays usable — you can put it toward any of your upcoming events.
5. You own the on-ground responsibility
Venue permissions, safety, and local compliance (police NOC, fire safety, and the like) are on you as the organizer — we're not liable for what happens at the venue.
6. If you need to cancel
If you cancel your own event, attendees are entitled to a full refund, and we'd appreciate a heads-up to our support team as soon as you know.
7. Attendee data stays respected
Names, emails, and phone numbers you collect are for event-related communication only — not for marketing lists or resale.
8. Repeated issues have consequences
Fraud, fake events, or repeated policy violations can lead to your account being suspended or permanently banned.
